Clubs are responsible for forming their teams according to the games rules and when the players are minors, the must also follow state and federal law with respect to adults working with minors. Pine Forge Athletic Association is an example of a "Club".

Leagues establish the rules of the game, often by minor modifications to the official rules of a nationally recognized organization. Leagues must also, when the players are minors, follow state and federal law with respect to adults working with minors.
Tri-County Babe Ruth League is a "League", which is also affiliated with Babe Ruth League (BRL) (also a "League"). Tri-County uses the offical Babe Ruth League Rules which are based on the Official Rules of Major League Baseball.

For Clubs it provides tools, for a fee, to manage a website and register players.
For Leagues it provides tools, for a fee, to manage a website, schedules, rosters, standings, and validating adults who work with minors.
Babe Ruth League uses SportsEngine to manage affiliated league rosters, making sure they teams comply with BRL rules. Examples include:
checking players' ages
making sure the team has enough, but not too many players
Coaches have completed BRL training requirements
Coaches have completed the BRL background checks (which include getting the three documents required by Pennsylvania)

If your Club uses SportsEngine to register players and build rosters, those rosters are associated with your Club, not with Tri-County. If your Club doesn't use SportsEngine that's fine. Tri-County will provide a rostering spreadsheet to each head coach. All required information for players AND COACHES must be provide so Tri-County can upload the roster to BRL for validation.
Tri-County is using gamechanger leagues to manage the schedules for the Prep, Junior, and Senior leagues. Each head coach must provide Tri-County their team's gamechanger name so they can be included in the league schedule.
Tri-County will send a copy of all official BRL rosters to the head coaches so they can verify the gamechanger rosters.
